Equipment will be reserved upon receipt of a signed contract and an initial payment of 50% is required for the damage deposit. The remaining 50% must be paid no later then 10 days after the event. Tabletop Curated Rentals. will invoice the Client promptly after Tabletop Curated Rentals. has had reasonable opportunity to inspect the equipment provided and deducted any sum for repair or replacement. If damage or loss has occurred, Client agrees that Tabletop Curated Rentals may charge the customer for any additional fees or damage. Tabletop Curated Rentals will notify Client before charging any additional fees. Tabletop Curated Rentals does not guarantee the availability of rental items until the Client has signed and returned the Contract, paid the required deposit and received a confirmation of their reservation via email. Items returned after the “Return Time/Date” above are considered late and Client will pay to rent all items until they are returned. Fees will be incurred every 24 hours that the items are not returned.
We know sometimes a client must cancel or postpone an event:
91 days prior: no cancellation fee
90 days prior: 25% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable)
30 days prior: 50% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable)
14 days prior: 75% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable)
Final Payment: Final payment of rentals is due 10 days post event.

DELIVERY & SET UP
Items not returned within 3 days after event are considered missing unless Client has arranged longer beforehand. Missing or damaged items will be charged at cost of repair or full replacement value if necessary. A detailed invoice of these items will be provided to client. All equipment is to be returned clear of food, candle wax and other items, and in the handling racks in which they were delivered. Failure to do so will result in charges for the extra time and materials used to repackage the items. Client agrees to pay replacement costs for any missing or damaged items. If items are found missing or damaged at pickup/return, a detailed invoice of the charges will be provided. All charger plates, flatware, and any other food service equipment, must be repacked in the same containers as delivered. All linen chairs should be clean and in same conditions as when delivered otherwise, client will be charged a cleaning fee per chair. If chairs or any of the mentioned items are permanently stained, burnt or damaged in any way, the client will be charged full replacement cost.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FLATWARE
All of our Spoons, Forks and Knives handles are made of the finest stainless steel. Due to the carbon steel content in our flatware, they are particularly sensitive to acidic foods. It is important to rinse promptly after use to remove any residue and place back in the cutlery holders provided. Allowing food to dry on exposes our flatware to the complex mix of acids and salts in the food. Prolonged contact can unfortunately promote corrosion, pitting and discoloration. Therefore, please always rinse after use. Failure to do so may result in replacement charges. Please ensure your caterer is aware or cleaning fees may apply.
If the Contract becomes illegal or impossible to perform by either party due to acts of God, war, terrorist act, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or other comparable unforeseeable emergency, this Contract may be terminated for any one or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other.
The Client assumes responsibility for all items rented from Tabletop Curated Rentals from the time of delivery or pick up to the time the items are returned. This includes the handling racks and boxes that transport the equipment and the packaging materials. Replacement costs for lost or damaged items (including boxes, crates, packing materials etc.) will be charged on the final invoice. In the event of serious damage, Tabletop Curated Rentals reserves the right to repair or replace the damaged item or items in its discretion at Client's sole expense. Please be sure all equipment is secured when not in use and protected from weather. Be sure all equipment is returned according to these TERMS & CONDITIONS. The client is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of failure to meet these conditions.
